Awarded to students with outstanding academic results who are interested to pursue their education in the following degree programmes:

BSc (Hons) in Actuarial Studies
BSc (Hons) in Conventions & Events Management
BSc (Hons) in Culinary Management
BSc (Hons) Financial Analysis
BSc (Hons) Financial Economics
BSc (Hons) in International Hospitality Management

Criteria

Applicants are expected to meet the following criteria:
- Cambridge GCE A Level: AAA
- Australian Matriculation: ATAR 95
- Canadian International Matriculation Programme/ SIS Ontario Grade 12: 95%
- Monash University Foundation Year: 95% (Based on the best 4 subjects)
- Sunway Foundation in Arts/ Sunway Foundation in Science and Technology: CGPA 3.80
- Sijil Tinggi Pelajaran Malaysia (STPM): AAA
- Unified Examination Council (UEC): 8A1
- International Baccalaureate: 37
- Other Foundation/ Diploma: Case-by-case basis
Possess leadership qualities, self-motivation positive attitude.

Value of scholarship

Full scholarship in a form of tuition fee deduction (excluding general fees)

Terms & Conditions

Only Malaysian citizens are eligible to apply.
Applicants may accept one scholarship at a time.
Offer of scholarship will only be made when the University receives the actual results and after an interview has been conducted.
The Scholarship will be subjected to a review at the end of every semester. A scholar must pass all examinations and maintain high academic standards (70% grade average), failing which the scholarship can be withdrawn.
The terms and manner in which the scholarship is disbursed will be decided by Sunway University.All decisions made by the Sunway University Scholarship Committee are final.

Berikut adalah senarai biasiswa 2019 lepasan SPM / STPM bagi pengajian peringkat Asasi/ Diploma dari universiti- universiti ternama tempatan di Australia ( Group of Eight Universiti) kini dibuka . Asasi atau Diploma adalah program pra-universiti yang ditawarkan oleh universiti– universiti ternama tempatan di Australia (Group of Eight) sebagai persiapan pelajar untuk meneruskan pelajaran mereka di peringkat yang lebih tinggi.

Kriteria

Calon adalah warganegara Malaysia
Berumur 17- 21 tahun
PROGRAM ASASI – Mempunyai kelayakan SPM dengan mendapat sekurang-kurangnya gred A atau B dalam kesemua mata pelajaran
PROGRAM DIPLOMA -Mempunyai kelayakan STPM dengan mendapat sekurang-kurangnya minimum gred 2C atau 2D dalam kesemua mata pelajaran
Program Asasi : Pemohon dengan tahap penguasaan Bahasa Inggeris skor IELTS sekurang-kurangnya 5.5 atau setaraf
Program Diploma : Pemohon dengan tahap penguasaan Bahasa Inggeris skor IELTS sekurang-kurangnya 6.0 atau setaraf
Calon belum lagi menerima sebarang biasiswa/ tajaan/ ikatan perjanjian dari mana-mana penaja

Dokumen diperlukan

– Passport Pemohon seluruh ( colour)
– Slip Keputusan SPM ( forecast diterima)
– Transkrip penuh Asasi/Matrikulasi/STPM/IB ( forecast diterima)
– Pemohon dengan tahap penguasaan Bahasa Inggeris skor IELTS sekurang-kurangnya 5.5 atau 6.0 ( jika ada)

Jadilah yang pertama untuk memohon Biasiswa Program Asasi atau Diploma hari ini juga.

Biasiswa Dr Goh Keng Swee (GKS) adalah biasiswa sektor swasta yang ditadbir oleh Persatuan Bank di Singapura (ABS). Setiap tahun, 3 hingga 4 biasiswa diberikan kepada individu yang cemerlang dari 15 ekonomi Asia Pasifik (Brunei, Kemboja, Hong Kong SAR, India, Indonesia, Jepun, Korea, Malaysia, Filipina, PRC, Taiwan, Vietnam, Thailand, Laos dan Myanmar) untuk melanjutkan pengajian di universiti tempatan di Singapura iaitu Universiti Kebangsaan Singapura (NUS), Universiti Teknologi Nanyang (NTU), Universiti Pengurusan Singapura (SMU) dan Universiti Teknologi dan Rekabentuk Singapura (SUTD). Tawaran Biasiswa Pendidikan Premium Yayasan Bank Rakyat

Yayasan Bank Rakyat (YBR) menawarkan biasiswa premium kepada warga Malaysia berumur 18 hingga 30 tahun dengan purata purata gred kumulatif (PNGK) sebanyak 3.50 yang berminat untuk mengikuti ijazah sarjana muda dalam bidang perbankan atau perniagaan.

SYARAT KELAYAKAN

Setiap pemohon perlu memenuhi kriteria dan syarat kelayakan seperti berikut:

Terbuka kepada Warganegara Malaysia sahaja.
Berumur 18 tahun ke atas.
Peringkat pengajian Ijazah Sarjana Muda.
Mod pengajian adalah sepenuh masa.
Terbuka kepada pelajar semester satu sahaja.
Tempoh pengajian maksimum adalah 4 tahun.

BIDANG TAJAAN

Bidang pengajian adalah diutamakan kepada bidang Perbankan dan Perniagaan.

NILAI BIASISWA

Jumlah tajaan merangkumi yuran pengajian dan sara diri.

Tawaran Biasiswa UWC Malaysia

Eligibility Criteria

All applicants who are citizens of and resident in Malaysia must apply for admission to a UWC through the UWC Malaysia National Committee, which selects applicants to represent Malaysia at the UWCs.

Generally, there are three requirements to be met when applying to the Malaysian National Committee. An applicant must:

Be a Malaysian citizen
Have completed or is completing Form 5/Year 11 (SPM, IGCSE, MYP or equivalent) in Malaysia
Be over 16.0 and under 19.0 years of age on 1st August in the year of entry to college

If you are residing in Malaysia but do not possess Malaysian citizenship, applications to UWC should be done through the National Committee of your home country. If the above do not answer your eligibility concerns, please contact us at uwcmy.selection@gmail.com.

All national committees use the same five core UWC selection criteria:

Intellectual curiosity and motivation
Active commitment
Social competence
Integrity, resilience and personal responsibility
Motivation to apply to UWC

Anybody can apply to UWC: we are looking for students who want to become a change-maker for a better world - independent of whether they are able to contribute financially to their studies.

Today, over 9,500 students from more than 155 countries are studying on one of the UWC campuses. Over 65% of UWC students selected for UWC through the UWC national committee system receive a full or partial scholarship, enabling admission to a UWC school to be independent of socio-economic means.

Procedure

Students are selected based on a competitive selection process, via written application, personal and group interviews. UWC Graduates are involved throughout all selection processes.

Due to a change in deadlines from UWC International, all candidates will apply with Mock/Trial or Predicted/Forecast exams results, as well as 2 years reports.

Interviews may be held in January, February and March. Exact dates will be confirmed later in the year. Application forms should be available for downloading in September or October.

After the application form submission deadline, successful candidates will be invited for individual interviews. The final shortlist will be drawn from these candidates who will be invited (by email) to the final round of group sessions; discussions and activities.

Scholarships offered yearly to Malaysia for the IB Diploma program in UWCs worldwide vary from full to partial scholarships.
